I had my third microneedling appointment and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Lolly was so professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived. I accidentally turned up an hour early, but she was incredibly understanding and accommodating, which I really appreciated. She explained everything clearly, took her time, and made the whole treatment feel relaxed and comfortable. I would highly recommend to anyone considering microneedling or any other treatment. I’ve already booked my next one and a facial. Easy parking right outside too .

I had the new sculptra treatment and it was nowhere near as painful as I expected. Sarah was very gentle and took great care as she knew I was nervous. Can't wait to see the results. Very happy with it so far two more treatments to go. Thanks, Sarah

Ela is the most professional and efficient aesthetician I have ever met. From the moment I met her, she made me feel completely at ease. It was clear that she not only has an excellent understanding of the services she provides, but genuinely cares about her clients and their experience. She was clear and precise throughout every step of the process, always ensuring that I felt comfortable, informed and happy. She has done a fantastic job with both my Botox & lip filler, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I cannot wait to become a repeat client and explore more treatments with her!
