I had the most amazing experience at 13 Roses Salon! Emilia was incredible -professional, kind, and made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. The staff were beautiful and welcoming, offering water, sweets, and coffee, which created such a lovely atmosphere. Every step was explained clearly, making me feel relaxed and confident. The Thai yoga massage was an incredible experience! It’s unlike any traditional massage — a perfect blend of stretching, movement, and deep pressure that left my body feeling completely rejuvenated. The therapist guided my body through flowing stretches while working on tension points, and I could feel my flexibility improving instantly. My experience today was fantastic! All members of staff were very professional, welcoming, communication was excellent also coordination of treatment was not pushy,. The prices are a little high but then I Ican help myself with the friend referral ,perhaps, being disabled, and a pensioner. 11 out of 10 for Mousa. I had an amazing experience with my deep cleansing facial. From the moment I arrived, everything felt calm, professional and welcoming. The treatment itself was incredibly thorough, my skin has never felt so clean, refreshed and smooth. I had such a great experience getting my nails done by Caterine. She was incredibly friendly and easy to talk to, which made the whole appointment relaxing and enjoyable. She’s also very diligent and clearly takes a lot of pride in her work. My manicure looks amazing, such high quality, and it really shows in the final result. I’m honestly so happy with how my nails turned out and can’t recommend her enough :)

I have had a very good experience at Ennove. Every member of staff has been kind and helpful. I’ve had varied treatments: the ultraformer on my stomach was visible straight away, the EMS is good over time and needs keeping up. Myself and my boyfriend loved the deep cleansing facial, you really see a difference over the following few days. I very much recommend!!

Very professional, warm and welcoming venue. Went for lash removal that I had done (badly), elsewhere. These ladies know what they’re doing, but most importantly they listen to what their clients want. So pleased I found Lash London, already booked treatments for next month.
