I went to see Matt following shoulder surgery and he set out a comprehensive plan to help guide my recovery! He provided weekly check ins to ensure I was on track and progressed exercises to help me get back to normal. I’m now back at work and have full use of my arm. Really grateful for the help and support. Highly recommend.

I visited Goldy yesterday for a full body massage and Indian head massage, the whole experience was amazing , the body massage was one of the best I’ve ever had , Goldy was so lovely and made you feel really comfortable. I will definitely be visiting again !

Wow, what a wonderful experience, the peaceful setting immediately made me relaxed and comfortable, the hustle and bustle of busy lives and work seemed to disappear when you enter.
