I had a full body massage and head massage with Molly, and it was such a lovely experience. From start to finish, I felt completely comfortable and able to switch off. The massage was incredibly relaxing, and I left feeling calm, refreshed, and rejuvenated. Molly was friendly, professional, and made the whole experience feel special. I honestly feel like this is something I need to book every few weeks now because of how relaxed and refreshed it made me feel. Wonderful staff and very professional. I was given a glow facial and threading a lady called KHUSHI. She did an amazing job! Thank you for making me glow. I would definitely recommend them if your in Leicester definitely try them out they do a whole range of beauty A++++++

Me & my daughter had a full body scrub ready for our holiday, excellent experience, very professional and very thorough, the products she used to exfoliate the skin smelt lovely, followed by a oil massage i came out with my skin feeling soft and silky. thankyou so much, we will definitely be back for other treatments xx

Had my first Hydrafacial at Beautt with Molly and I’m honestly obsessed 😍 My skin feels SO clean, fresh and glowy — I can’t stop looking at my face Molly was so lovely and made me feel really comfortable, explaining everything as she went which I really appreciated. The whole treatment was super relaxing and you can tell she really knows what she’s doing. Definitely recommend if you’re thinking about it — such a nice experience and my skin has never looked so fresh and radiant Sorry I know I fell asleep mid treatment x

First time visiting Shaz Hair & Beauty today, I booked in for a dry trim with Shazia and my whole experience was amazing. Shazia is really friendly and welcoming, it can be daunting going to a new hairdressers but she made me feel so comfortable. The salon was clean and tidy. Shazia trimmed my hair, thinned it out and even gave me a bit of shaping on the front and I could tell she genuinely enjoys what she does and she’s really good at it! My hair is beautiful, I feel fantastic and that is all thanks to Shazia! 100% would recommend, I will definitely be back!

Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

My first time here & i was welcomed with a smile, the service was amazing, cosy warm room, i was anxious about the iv infusion but Mubina explained it all so well and put me at ease with her kindess, experience she shared. She kept coming to check up on me , left me an ipad with netflix and warm drink to relax through the treatment. We ended up chatting throughout. The IV infusion has left me feeling so energised. Within 24hrs i felt the plump and glow in my face. I feel refreshed and positive. My mornings are a whole lot better now. I will be back soon! X
