Gillian is an absolute master of her craft. Her full-body massage is incredibly relaxing while working on knots and tension. She's able to tailor the massage to exactly what I need, whether that's deep tissue work or gentle relaxation. The atmosphere she creates is calm and serene, thank you so much!

Cheryl has magical hands! My full body massage was absolutely fabulous from start to finish. She spoke to me about getting the pressure just right and focusing on some trouble areas. I was in a lot of pain with my shoulder and neck and Gillian worker her magic with a deep tissue massage! What a difference it’s made, back again in 2 weeks for more of the same. Gillian will ensure the treatment is right for you targeting any troublesome areas. Been going to The One Lounge for years and all the girls are lovely as is the salon. Highly recommend for any treatment at all!

I opted for the Menopause Massage with Paula for this visit. Wow! What a great treatment. Stretches, massage, pressure points all with a gorgeous smelling oil. This was my first such massage, but I will certainly repeat it!

This is my second trip to The One Lounge. I was there earlier on in the week for the April special and decided to book in the Bespoke Body Contouring package. Today was my first session of this and really looking forward to seeing the final results (7 more sessions to go!). Cheryl is absolutely lovely, very friendly and knowledgeable. I had the Bronze package which was amazing and have no complaints! However I paid for the full 1hour30 mins and was disappointed when I realised I only had 1hour 15mins! Obviously by the time I was dressed, out and paid I realised this but too late to do anything! This is the second time this has happened in treatments I have had! Little disappointed in that.

Really pleased with my eyebrow wax and lash lift. Getting the wee brush and the castor oil is such a nice touch! Will definitely be going back.
