This was my third massage with Andrew. I opted for a deep tissue again to help resolve aches and pain from working a desk job for many years. Andrew is welcoming, polite and professional, with a very calming demeanour. Excellent at listening to any concerns you have, explaining the treatment options and always checks in when it comes to your comfort and pressure used during each session. Every massage has been so relaxing and I’ve felt the benefits after each one. Both studios are gorgeously decorated and easy to get to via public transport. Looking forward to my next! Absolutely amazing. The vibe, aroma, temperature, and bed comfort was 10/10. The actual massage it's self was incredible, the best deep tissue I've had yet. Can't believe I've only just found Sara! I already can't wait to go back and try a different type.

I’ve been to Vivid Nails & Beauty twice now, and both times the experience has been amazing. Their work is absolutely beautiful, very professional, and done with great attention to detail. All the staff are lovely, friendly, and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful nails and excellent service.

Amira. Makes. Glasgow! I have functional scoliosis and normally I’m pretty concerned about this when getting a massage of any kind. This doesn’t even occur to me with Amira. The myofascial release had perfect pressure, nothing is uncomfortable even when I expect it to be and breath is part of it all. Next day its restored movement to my joints, no pain. It also completely eradicated a migraine. Never happened before! Because consent is so emphasised throughout and you are asked to communicate during the treatment the results go much deeper and become incredibly therapeutic somatically. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I arrived carrying my body like a badly packed suitcase — everything jammed in, nothing quite where it should be. Two hours later, I left feeling unpacked, listened to, and reassembled. This isn’t just a massage. It’s a full-body myofascial session. The space is warm and genuinely welcoming, and Amira herself is calm, attentive and present without being intrusive, skilled without being forceful. Nothing is forced, it feels safe to let go. Things softened because they were allowed to. My body feels freer today than it has in a long time. I left calmer and more at home in myself. The best! 💜

Absolutely amazing experience, took my mum for a deep conditioning treatment and blue dry because she was feeling unhappy with her hair a recent cut & colour elsewhere. The staff helped her get her sparkle back 🌟 they recommended a toner and got her colour how she wanted it in the first place and recommend a shampoo to keep it looking lovely. They spent time explaining to her what was achievable and what wasn't while her hair grows out. It was great to see her so happy afterwards. Not to mention my hair felt great after a conditioning treatment too. Nicole was amazing 🤩

First time at Ark Massage therapy. From the outset Andrew was polite and courteous. Discussion around what back issues I was having; explanation of what the session would involve with deep tissue massage and mobility work. During the session, excellent mindfulness shown in checking that I was comfortable and content with deep tissue pressures. Excellent ambiance and venue was suitable. Follow up care was given re stretches to carry out for future mobility work. Would recommend fully.
