From the minute I walked in, Gemma was so friendly and instantly put me at ease as I was visiting for my first time. We went through a full consultation and she listened to all my answers and explained everything she would be doing. I walked out after my full body massage feeling like I was on top of the world. It was the most relaxed I had felt in months. I don't know what powers she has but it felt magical! Already looking to book in again ♥️

Kara’s knowledge of the human body is second to none and nothing is ever a bother to her. Great banter as well. I would be lost without her with the volume of running etc I put on my body and she sorts it out.

One of the most incredible treatments I’ve had. From start to finish everything was thought through so carefully. I felt like my skin was treated so well, but holistically the whole experience was so relaxing too. I didn’t want it to end! The ASMR hair play addition was so worth it too. Left feeling super relaxed and I will be back for sure!

I've been a loyal client of Kara's for too many years to count now and I constantly recommend her to everyone! She's extremely welcoming, non-judgemental, empathetic and knowledgeable. I see her regularly for massage as well as other amazing treatments like needling, ear candling and cupping which all help me look after my body with the active job that I have. If you have an injury, old or new, Kara is your woman as she will find the source and do her best to relieve it everytime! I can honestly say that my quality of life has improved due to the regular treatment. Best of the best!!

Booked a last min appointment with Gemma due to a shoulder injury and so glad I did, Gemma is so sweet and made me feel comfortable and welcome, amazing massage and targeted all the areas I was getting discomfort/pain from and felt instant relief and more movement after so hopefully back to normal in a few days. Highly recommend Gemma and looking forward to my next self care Sunday 🌿x

I regularly go to get my back treated by kara and what a difference its made. She has loosened up my back so well it makes my life alot easier working up on the roofs. I highly recommend kara to anyone that has issues with there back. Definitely the best around😁
