I had my first Black Diamond Facial with Shabana and it was such a lovely experience. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely at ease and took the time to listen to my needs and concerns. She was kind, compassionate and genuinely caring throughout the treatment. As well as leaving with amazing skin, I felt like I'd met a kindred spirit. I left feeling much more relaxed and less tense, and genuinely looked after. I would definitely recommend Shabana to anyone looking for a professional, welcoming and caring experience, and I'll certainly be returning!

One of the most incredible treatments I’ve had. From start to finish everything was thought through so carefully. I felt like my skin was treated so well, but holistically the whole experience was so relaxing too. I didn’t want it to end! The ASMR hair play addition was so worth it too. Left feeling super relaxed and I will be back for sure!

Booked a full leg and bikini wax. Really pleased with the results. Shabana is very professional and did a quick job while being careful of my sensitive skin. The treatment room was comfortable and Shabana put me at ease with her friendly manner.

Very nice first visit with my daughter today with Lynn at Graceful Skin. Lynn is extremely knowledgable and very informed about skincare and skincare products. She gave us great advice and we were very happy that she is working on a long-term plan for my daughter’s skin her the upcoming appointments. Emma was really welcoming and explained the whole treatment before starting. This was a birthday treat to myself and it was a fantastic experience. I felt so relaxed that I felt like I floated out on a cloud! Highly recommend Emma and Head Bath to anyone looking for a special treat.

I cannot thank Charlene enough! I had a full body massage done and it was fantastic. She was so helpful as it was my first massage session and I didn’t know much about it. This relieved so much stress for me and I would recommend this to anyone!
