I had a relaxing Indian head massage with Katie. The perfect antidote to a long day working in front of the computer. She advised that I would benefit from deep tissue massage in future sessions due to the amount of tension in my upper back and neck which is partly due to kyphosis.

I say the best Spa in whole Exeter , for me personally felt this is what a spa should included what actually a person wants exactly to pamper themselves . Megan was really fantastic and gave a soothing and freshing spa session it was . I recommend this North island Spa to everyone I know . Absolutely wonderful! I had a full body massage with a gift voucher bought for me by my team for my birthday. Full body hot stone massage was of course absolutely incredible! You can tell and feel that Rachael puts her full heart into her work and loves it. She is so lovely as well, I honestly always can't wait to book in again!

I've just had to most relaxing full body massage and facial. I've come home feeling very relaxed and my face is glowing after my facial! Never have a negative treatment with Rach. Looking forward to my next one in a few weeks!
