Had the most incredible response with Leah today . I’ve had quite a few appointments with her but this one I felt the energy on a cellular level and like I’d gone into a pure meditative state . Apparently my entire upper body went into convulsions, which Leah had never seen before in any treatments and I’ve left feeling incredibly safe and secure . This was after a weekend of being very physically unwell , lots of things going wrong and feeling deep intense fatigue like I was absorbing negative energy from another source . Now I feel absolutely incredible , what an amazing experience

Today I had the hot stone massage and it was honestly amazing. From the start, everything felt really calm and relaxing, and the warm stones just melted all my stress away. I found Leah very easy to relax and be open with. I liked her holistic approach, taking into account the emotional, as well as physical, stresses held in the body. It was both a relaxing and therapeutic 1.5 hours treatment.

Unlike the last reviewer, I don’t have fanny flaps, but if I did, I’d be happy to let Bex stare at them. Probably not fair to subject her to my ass crack and nutsack though. But as it is, she does a cracking job for men too. My nice smooth back means another 6 weeks of the spa without feeling like a yeti!

It was a very relaxing 40 mins, I enjoy having my nails done, they look great. I was made to feel very welcome. The Holistic hideaway is in a beautiful peaceful location. I will definitely be going again.
