Took my 7 year old in for a wash cut and blow today which was very reasonable at £25.00 but gave £30 with a tip. Looked great but the only criticism I had was there was no communication the whole time we were in there. When you go to a hairdressers especially in the middle of Loughton or any Essex high street you expect a friendly hairdresser that talks to you. There was no communication with me or my child for the whole appointment, just silence. I would come back again but I’d prefer to be spoken to.

briony is the best and added to this she is kind and so welcoming. i was a bit nervous at first of visiting a salon full of gorgeous women but they really are the nicest ladies! love coming to the avenue and looking forward to trying more treatments in 2026

As always Katie was welcoming, friendly and efficient. She’s extremely thorough hands and feet look fabulous. My nails are stronger no lifting or breaking .. can comfortably go 3 weeks without any issues. Thanks Katie 👌

“Had a lovely experience with Aimee today! I went in for a cut and blow dry and couldn’t be happier with the result. Aimee really listened to what I wanted and took her time to make sure the cut sat perfectly. The blow dry was gorgeous — She was friendly, professional, and made the whole appointment feel relaxed and enjoyable. My hair feels so healthy and easy to manage now. The most beautiful salon! Geri did a full head tint and extensions for me and I couldn’t recommend her enough she is so knowledgeable on all things hair and it’s like sitting in the chair with your best friend! Can’t wait for my next appointment xx

Brilliant she was friendly, and helpful I had a up-do and she listened to what I wanted and asked all the way through if the pins were comfortable and checked if I liked it and was happy to make alterations Gerry even took time to show me how to best place my fascinator myself definitely recommend
