I had a botanical facial with Amrita, I was in Cardiff for the weekend and wanted to treat myself! The location was really nice easy to get to and super easy to book! Amrita was really friendly and super lovely which made me feel at ease, and the room was calming She used amazing Neil yards products which we used sensitive ones for my sensitive skin, it was fab and my skin felt great after, She also doesn’t leave you which most facials do, instead there was lots of lovely additions like a shoulder massage and some sound bowls, I’ll definitely be back when im next in Cardiff Thankyou!! 💗

She takes the time to get to know her patients and pays close attention to their responses to provide a warm yet highly professional service. She has a deep understanding of the true meaning of holistic care - to treat a person as a whole. Excellent! I had a full body massage after a two day cycle trip over the mountains and this was just what I needed. The atmosphere was very relaxing, the masseuse Tiwawan was very friendly, and the massage was perfect. I will be coming back again for sure!

Lucy was very responsive to the tension in my body and worked effectively on a blocked sinus I mentioned had been bothering me. Up steep steps on the 3rd floor above a hairdresser and barber but a secret haven for sure.

Bliss aromatherapy facial package is simply divine. Louise tailors to your requirements and is always professional. The peppermint oil in the cloths was a lovely touch and so refreshing. Loved it all 🥰 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had the most incredible experience at Holistic Therapies by Camille today! I went in for a full-body massage and I can honestly say everything was absolutely perfect. The massage was incredibly relaxing—every detail was thoughtfully executed, leaving me feeling completely rejuvenated. The ambiance was calming, Camille as usual was professional and welcoming.

Absolutely fantastic. I cannot stress enough how amazing I have felt since my treatment and I will be recommending you and your services to everybody I meet. It was welcoming and comfortable upon arrival, especially as it’s something I’ve never done before. Full of scepticism to start but left a complete convert 50 minutes later. Lovely set up to complement a brilliant experience. Keep doing what you’re doing because you’re doing it right. Had an acupuncture treatment by Camille, and really enjoyed the whole experience. Camille gave advice on which acupuncture treatment she would recommend for which benefit I was after, and explained what she was doing as she was doing it. The studio is well set up and clean, and has a relaxing atmosphere. Will definitely be returning and highly recommend!

What a wonderful experience I had today at the sanctum wellbeing. I had the essential oil facial and head massage with neck back and shoulder massage. The room is so cosy, comfortable and beautiful. I was so relaxed, could have stayed there all day. Louise is so friendly, calming and a fantastic therapist. Can’t wait to try the other treatments on offer x
