Thai touch, give the best Thai massage around the vale and Cardiff I highly recommend them. I have had Lek the last couple of times and she is very strong formthebthai yoga massage gets all the knots out and all the staff are very friendly and professional 10/10 I will be back regularly

I had a lovely back, neck and shoulder massage with Amrita. She is very kind and helpful and really listened to my needs. The massage was very thorough and relaxing - just what I needed. The space is pretty and chilled out too. I'd definitely recommend! Xx

I had a pleasant first visit at Rejuvenate Cardiff (Hayes Lane) where I was booked for the luxury Lymphatic Lift Facial. Natalie, the specialist, stood out with her expertise, reflecting a genuine passion for her work. The attention to detail during the procedure was remarkable. Grace is so friendly and made me feel so comfortable. She knows exactly what to do and really helped my problem areas. I added on the scalp massage and I fell asleep straight away, sooo relaxing

One of the best massages that ive had. Went for the four handed massage. Jane and Anna were very good and gave me treatment that I needed and feel 100% better. Will definitely come back when I'm next in Cardiff.

Another incredible massage. The craniosacral massage is literally the most relaxing massage I've ever had. I am not usually very good at relaxing but I am so relaxed with this I fall asleep. So amazing. Camille was amazing as always, thank you ☺️

I found Emily by chance online & am so pleased I did. I wasn't sure which treatment to have so once we'd gone through all the necessary allergy/medical questions, Emily went through the various treatments that would be most beneficial to me as it was my first visit. She really is the sweetest & most patient & very knowledgeable. I chose a facial peel treatment & it's the best, most thorough I've ever had. Was definitely worth the journey from Chepstow to Cardiff. Have now booked for my daughter & will be rebooking for myself. Can't recommend Emily enough x

Excellent. Gabbie is very talented - she has learnt how to handle my body and can immediately assess areas that need attention. I had a wonderful full body massage. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing from the moment I arrived. The pressure was absolutely perfect—firm where it needed to be while still incredibly soothing. Everything was explained clearly throughout, which made me feel at ease. I left feeling completely relaxed.

Just had the most incredible deep tissue massage with Tanya. I walked in full of tension and walked out feeling completely relaxed and rebalanced. Tanya is amazing at what she does — honestly one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Highly recommend and can’t wait to book again.

A wonderful, relaxing facial with Natalie. Natalie took care to make sure I was fully versed in what the treatment entailed and made sure I was relaxed and comfortable prior to the treatment. I suffer from jaw tension and teeth grinding, so was relived to have the inner massage to tackle some of the after affects of this. There was almost an instant difference to my skin and the post glow effect was really noticeable. This morning putting make up on, it sat much easier on my skin. No need for Charlotte Tilbury flawless filter today. Thank you Natalie, would definitely recommend.

Louise was really lovely — welcoming, calm and very professional, which made it easy to relax straight away. The massage itself was much more than I expected. It covered head, neck, shoulders and back, and even my feet, which I wasn’t expecting but really appreciated. Everything was done with care and the pressure was spot on throughout. I left feeling completely relaxed and much lighter than when I went in. You could tell Louise really wanted you to get the most out of the treatment. I felt properly refreshed from head to toe afterwards. Amazing experience can’t wait to go back again!
