First time seeing Emily, she is so lovely and friendly! I had an eyebrow wax, she asked exactly what I wanted and talked me through what she'd do, and checked at the end if there was anything I wanted changed. They were perfect! Highly reccommend🤗

Amazing for the mind body and soul. When you visit Zoe at Meraki, not only is the salon Aesthetically pleasing to the eye it smells like any top spa. Zoe herself is a true professional, she uses top quality products, she takes her time to tailor your individual needs to your treatment. She has a wealth of knowledge in anything that can benefit your skin. Not only do I leave with glowing skin, but I always come away feeling relaxed and more positive about life in general. This was my 1st facial and 1st appointment with Zoe, and I can literally say the whole experience was amazing and Zoe certainly knows her stuff. I’ve came away with the confidence to take my skincare back to basics with the aim of making it happy again, I also know Zoe is on hand should I need any advice in between appointments.

I had the absolute pleasure of getting a full body massage and a facial, and I cannot recommend Oana enough! From the moment the session started, her technique was incredibly soothing yet effective at working out all the knots in my back. The facial was equally amazing; my skin has never felt so hydrated, glowing, and rejuvenated. The entire experience was relaxing, professional, and left me feeling completely refreshed. I will definitely be booking again!

Hello , can’t wait for my next appointment all the time I’m leaving. The deep cleansing facial is something else comparing with other salons. The laser hair removal is a must , after 8 sessions I barely see some hair , there and there almost invisible. Now I’m on every 3 months for 1 more time and after probably 1 or 2 sessions every 6 months. After those 8 sessions I’m shaving my under arm once in 3 months. Can’t say more 😍 There are more beauty things to do here . Just ask Oana . I highly recommend her services.

Wow another fantastic service to oana’s list. I’ve been waiting to try this Japanese head spa for a while and when I seen oana had trained in it I booked straight away. As always she was very thorough, gentle and just amazing. I highly recommend to anyone that wants to totally relaxed and come out with lovely shiny hair and skin too. Every treatment I’ve had with oana she always goes that extra mile and puts so much effort into it. Shes amazing at what she does. 🥰🫶🏼
