It was my daughter's very first visit to a salon for a haircut, and it couldn’t have gone better! James was absolutely wonderful—friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the whole experience. He even shared some helpful tips we wouldn’t have thought of on our own. We’re so grateful for the care he showed and will definitely be back

First time at this spa. Had the classic head spa experience. It was amazing and extremely relaxing. Staff were knowledgeable and kind. Came all the way from North Vancouver and will definitely go back again.

I visited Mophead today for the first time & had the pleasure of having James as my stylist. I initially went in just for a trim, but he graciously accommodated my last-minute request for a color change as well. The results are absolutely beautiful—I truly feel like a whole new person! James is incredibly skilled & passionate about what he does. He took the time to teach me how to properly style my hair & recommended the right products to use. He even let me know I could message him anytime if I had questions or needed styling tips. I highly recommend James (hairbyjchen) & Mophead!

I had a great experience with James! He took the time to understand exactly how I wanted my haircut and delivered excellent results. He's skilled, professional, and pays close attention to detail. The haircut turned out even better than I expected, and I really appreciated the friendly, relaxed atmosphere throughout the appointment. The scalp massage and headspa treatment was wonderful however, in the service description it said there would be a full body massage chair which I did not recieve.

I recently found this gem in my neighborhood and I couldn’t be happier such a place exist! I had an incredible experience with Rita, who did a head spa treatment for me. I felt so pampered every minute and found myself falling asleep at her hands after weeks of as lot of pinned tension in my body. I loved it so much I booked same treatment for my partner so he could too experience Rita’s magic. Honestly it was a 12/10 for both of us. Thank you Rita!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The most incredible experience - very relaxing & soothing. I cannot recommend this enough! I received the head spa treatment with the add on of a deep clean of my scalp. If I lived here I would go routinely!

I had an amazing experience. From the moment I walked in I was greeted, my coat and belongings were placed in a locker and I was robed up and the lady even tied it for me! I was escorted to my hair dressers seat and I was given a tea menu. My hair wash was amazing, I got a great massage and thorough wash. And what can I say about the star hairdresser Raff. He was amazing. I didn't know what cut to get and he recommended a cut and took over. He exceeded my expectations! Thank you Raff! Thank you to the whole team.

The gel mani/pedi here is amazing and exactly what I needed for a wedding that I was attending the following day. I'm usually very picky but Gillian and Angelina did an amazing job and were both so sweet. I'm removing one star for my blowout with Kana, which left my hair puffy, dull, and frizzy. She used a paddle brush instead of a round brush to blow out my hair and while she tried to give me some extra curls at the end, this combo absolutely did not work for my hair. I would have spoken up earlier had I realized she was using the paddle brush for the full blowout and not just to rough dry.
