I can’t recommend InBody Clinic enough. After having my baby, I struggled to find a place that offered a complete approach to recovery, but this is it. She is the most professional and skilled physiotherapist in Sydney. If you are looking for holistic postpartum rehab, don’t look anywhere else. Every new mother should come here!

I’ve been looking for a new masseuse since moving to Sydney and Hannah far exceeded all of my expectations. The whole experience was completely serene from start to finish, which is often not the case with remedial massage. Hannah is incredibly talented and really helped to work out the knots in my back that were causing pain and tension headaches - have already booked in again for weekly sessions with her!

I am so grateful to have found Saila. Finally all of the issues I have lived with for my whole adult life (I am 56) start to make sense. In particular, Saila confirmed my strongly suspected lipodema, and not only provides the most amazing lymphatic drainage massages, she is giving invaluable advise on how to manage the condition and prevent further progress. After the first massage I slept for 12 hours, really deeply, for the first time in years and woke feeling incredibly relaxed.

Hannah is one of the best therapists I’ve ever worked with! I came in with serious lower back and nerve pain that had been bothering me for months. After just a few sessions, the difference was unbelievable—she identified the root causes immediately and worked with real precision and care. She’s not just going through the motions; she listens, adjusts her approach based on how your body responds, and genuinely wants you to heal. I walked out pain-free, with better posture, and a lot more mobility.

I cannot recommend inBody Clinic highly enough. It’s absolutely beautiful, and the service is second to none. Saila was incredibly attentive and detail-oriented, making me feel completely at ease throughout the session. By the end, I felt like a brand new person. I walked in stiff and sore, and left relaxed, grateful, and truly refreshed. Highly recommend!!!

Saila has absolutely healing hands - do not hesitate to see Saila for lymphatic maintenance or for post-surgery care. She has really looked after me after my surgery and really knows what she's doing. You won't find this medical lymphatic system/method everywhere- it's usually aesthetic lymphatic massage. Come to Saila in the first instance for a consult! You won't regret it :)
