Popped in at Bayside for the first time as I saw their sidewalk billboard advising that they did fade cuts. Lucas who did my cut was great! Cut my hair exactly as I wanted. The front desk staff and the young lady who washed my hair were all professional, courteous and friendly. All around a great experience. Will be back!!!

I had an amazing time at this spa. I have visited manly luxury spas in Toronto, and this is by far my favourite. Very clean, and such amazing staff. My massage therapist Wendy was so sweet and knowledgeable. I will return again soon.

I got my lashes and a hair blowout done. I had an event and was under a bit of a time crunch but the staff was absolutely phenomenal at providing the best service and making sure I finished on time. On top of that my lashes and hair both look great, will definitely be back!!

This is one of the finest spas in Toronto, and I highly recommend it. Although I arrived 15 minutes late for my appointment, I was still welcomed and treated like royalty. I had a Thai foot massage and it was absolutely great. Mai knows exactly what she is doing, and the pressure was perfect. I left the session feeling completely refreshed and energized. My feet and legs feel lighter than ever. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to recharge. I will definitely be back!

I had an amazing experience with my Thai massage! The atmosphere was relaxing from the moment I walked in—calm music, a clean and welcoming space, and friendly. Absolutely rejuvenating experience! I recently had lower back pain because too many workout. Have a session for a Thai massage session here, and I'm thoroughly impressed. The ambiance was serene, and The therapist Mai was incredibly kind, skilled and attentive to every detail. She is highly professional, and the massage technique was exceptional - a perfect blend of relaxing stretches and precise pressure points. The session left me feeling completely refreshed and energized. I appreciated how she tailored the massage to address my specific areas of tension.

Liliya was fantastic. She took time to understand my pain points and work led on the spots that needed attention during my aromatherapy massage. The overall service including the girl in the front desk was outstanding. The sauna, steam and all general area was clean and well maintained. I was very impressed and be coming back!!! I absolutely loved the experience at Highland Creek MedSpa. Madeline is extremely knowledgable and caring. I appreciated the time she took to explain everything and although I’ve been to many Med Spas she shared information that I had not been told before which was greatly appreciated. I love the vibe and was happy to book a package of sessions. It was painless and quick and I enjoyed our conversation. I am excited to come back soon and would recommend everyone try the services.
