Shoulders and back have greater movement, hips are aligned and movement is more expansive. If you sit at a desk all day, I highly recommend massages to ensure body wellness.

Gerry is a skilled therapist who knew that I needed a bit more work he used stones, some stretching techniques and deep tissue work. He knew to release my preforms and my illeosoas - which frankly only the most skilled therapists really understand. I highly recommend him.

If you want to completely relax, this is the place to go. The atmosphere is incredibly calming and peaceful. Gery gave an amazing massage, and Elenita did a wonderful job with my facial.
