Amelia was very professional and friendly too. She asked about my preferences and offered helpful advice. I am pleased with my French tips. Might be helpful to have a Notice signposting where to go for the appointment as no one appeared at the reception area where I waited.

My visits here are always a massive highlight for me. Lisa, Stacey and Alix were so welcoming. Always friendly and caring and creates such a relaxing environment. There is nowhere else in York like it! Alix took such time and care doing my nails and the art I had found. Fantastic job and love my nails. I recently had the most incredible experience getting semi-permanent brows done by Kamila , and I couldn’t be happier! After years of struggling with previous microblading that faded into an odd salmon pink, I was nervous but hopeful. Kamila immediately put me at ease with her expertise, confidence, and keen eye for detail. Not only did she expertly color-correct the bizarre shade my old brows had turned, but she also reshaped them into perfect symmetry—something I thought was impossible! My eyebrows were so uneven before, but now they match beautifully and complement my face . Thank U Kamila

I had the saline cosmetic tattoo removal procedure on my old brow SPMU. Kamila is really lovey, friendly and professional, explained everything every step of the way and made sure I was doing okay throughout the whole procedure. I’m excited to see the results once healing has finished and will definitely book in for another session and other treatments. Thank you so much Kamila!

Victoria was super friendly and welcoming. As we were in York for my daughters wedding we didn’t know where to get a hair up do and purely went off reviews. Victoria is excellent at up dos and 3 of us were more than happy with the end result. We would all 100% recommend her. You will not be disappointed I promise

Char is THE best at hair extensions in York by a mile. The blend is outrageous, colour match is spot on, she just knows exactly how to make it look so natural. She’s also the best therapist whilst working! The easiest person to talk to, goes above & beyond to accommodate you with every appointment. Just always a pleasure. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
