Kate was great, polite, professional, really pleased with my nails and the colour too. I was running late, then got a bit lost grrrr(!!) - Kate was so kind and helpful… came out of shop to find me 😂. Tip - look for little entrance opp Knowle chip shop, down there and it’s inside Boutique hair place

I love The Boutique, Lucy is so wonderful and welcoming and amazing at what she does. I also get my nails done with Chelsey who is a very talented nail tech and is just so lovely. A real gem in the heart of Knowle!

I had a wonderful back neck and shoulder massage with Danielle. She applied the exact amount of pressure and explained why I was experiencing so much tension in my neck and shoulders. She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and put me at my ease ensuring I was comfortable and relaxed at all times. This massage was followed by a wonderful relaxing bee sting facial performed by Amy. This is a firm favourite and as usual, did not disappoint. Amy was extremely professional and by the end of my treatment I felt completely relaxed and rejuvenated.

Toni was great, very thorough and attention to detail. She has done a pedicure and a biab manicure - very happy with both! I have also had Lola too for a pedicure - she was also great. It was a relaxing experience and nice conversation too ;)

The loveliest hidden gem in Knowle with such a friendly and relaxing vibe. The outside garden with heated seating areas was gorgeous and thoroughly enjoyed the back, neck and shoulder massage and manicure. Thank you Danielle and Vanessa for a lovely afternoon ♥️

What an absolutely lovely nail technician. I’ve made a new friend today and her work is just perfection in a very cosy environment. Lovely fresh coffee too and fabulous homemade cuticle oil used to finish the treatment .. Amazing .. x

My first visiting for a mani with Sophie today and so happy with the results!! I am very picky about my nails and normally, I’d get home and pick up a nail file to reshape my already shaped nails!! But not the case this time! Not only my nails look lovely, but Sophie is such a lovely person to be around and chat ♥️. Can’t wait for my next visit.

I was nervous about having my eyebrows tinted as it was important to me that the end result was a natural look and not too dark. I discovered Sophie locally, & she totally understood & said she could apply the dye for a very short period of time, check, and apply more if required. Two short applications worked perfectly & gave me the natural look I wanted, along with the lovely eyebrow shape that Sophie did. Also had a leg wax; perfect. I would highly recommend Sophie, she is friendly, professional, & listens to what you want to ensure you achieve your desired results. I will return 😊

Sophie is a warm welcoming person I immediately felt at ease with her, the salon is perfect with lots of parking just outside. I love the finished look and I’m already planning my next visit. I’ve had brow technicians that have got too “pluck happy” in the past and I explained to Sophie how I wanted to keep them as full as possible and she understood completely but still managed to get them into a great shape!!! I Can’t reccomend her enough! Thankyou x

Absolutely love my colour and cut. Lucy deffo worked her Magic. Such a friendly bunch of people to be around.
