They are so amazing every single staff member and their detail is incredible… I’ve been going here for years and everytime they get every cuticle every shape right every design simple or complicated spot on. I’ve recommended all my friends to come here. They are the best nail place in town!

I received incredible service from Madoka and a wonderful lash and brow tint from the lovely Marina - both were amazing as always! However, something in the salon has changed. For the first time in two years, no one offered me tea or water, and the receptionist didn’t seem very welcoming or attentive to the order of my appointments. I really hope the salon brings back pedicures, they truly have the most comfortable chairs in all of Vancouver!

I had a nail that cracked and they repaired it wonderfully, can't even tell. Slowest pedicure in Vancouver for a reason, they take their time and do a fantastic job. 10/10 would recommend.

Got my nails and pedi done yesterday by JOY and I’m seriously so happy with the results 💅✨ Everything was done so cleanly - especially the cuticle care, which was super neat and precise. You can really tell they paid attention to every little detail. The color turned out beautiful and the finish is absolutely perfect! Definitely coming back again :)

Camie did an excellent job on my nails. Took the time to listen to what I wanted and executed it perfectly. She was very nice and I would definitely recommend trusting her with your manicure!

It was good, but I think the lady could have taken a tiny bit more care while doing my nails. She was doing stuff on my nails while talking to her coworker and sometimes adjusting the light at the same time. Also one nail chipped just a couple days after the manicure which has never happened to me before in all my years of getting manicures

I had a lovely experience receiving a gel extension manicure. The staff were quite friendly, and there was great attention to detail throughout the entire nail appointment. I recommend Sugar Nail Studio to anyone looking for precise, long-lasting gel services!

Service was good but very rushed. In past appointments techs sometimes chafe skin when removing polish which is unsafe because they are rushing to meet the time clock. Not their fault as they are not booking the appointments. Need to ensure time scheduling allows for a relaxing experience not a rushed one causing safety risks and unpleasant experience for clients.

My nails look amazing and I’m sooo happy with the shape and cuticle care. The nail techs were professional and sweet. They were also super understanding when I called ahead of time to say I was going to be ten minutes late! They were ready and waiting when I arrived and still got my nails done before closing. They have a wide selection of new and trendy colours that are well organized, compared to other places that just dump 300 colours on your lap of dried up bottles in the back. I’m already planning my pedicure next to take advantage of their March specials!

As always, I experienced Lily & Roo’s fantastic custom service and high quality work. They always ask what shape nail you want, whether you want them cut and, after applying nail polish on one nail, whether you like the colour. It’s impossible to leave this place dissatisfied.

Tricia was amazing!!! She did my nails in under 40 mins, gel manicure with such perfection, I was amazed!!! I just happened to walk in today coz my usual place did not have any slot available for this weekend. Incredible service, highly recommend!

Maricar is a fantastic nail tech. She did my wedding nails and helped me come up with the perfect colours and design. She also fixed one of my nails that had broken pretty far down the nail bed. I love that all the products are vegan. The only nail salon I'll go to in Vancouver!

Fantastic gel manicure as usual, and the attention to detail and clean lines/edges is better than other salons. Also love that the polish is vegan, and non-toxic without the usual fumes.

I can’t remember the name of the stylist, but she was young. New to Vancouver. I 100% recommend her for a blow out. It’s 3 days later and my hair still looks great!

New owners-new look~A quick google search for ‘best nails in Vancouver’ for a last minute appointment had me walking in as a first time client at Dewy Spa/Joyide. Turns out I was their very first client after taking over this beauty salon. Even though they were still setting up when I walked in, they greeted me as if I was a long standing customer.I was made to feel special and was well taken care of immediately.Kristina did my gel manicure and I was throughly impressed with her professionalism and attention to detail.Love everything about my manicure!Will be going back and bringing friends!
