Absolutely loved my experience! Anna is incredibly patient, detail-oriented, and truly takes pride in her work. Every little detail was done beautifully. She is also very friendly, easy to chat with, and speaks Chinese, which made the whole appointment even more comfortable. I’m very happy with my nails and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Reg mani and pedi was not great. Not much exfoliation or cuticle work. Nail polish on one hand chipped off in 1 day. Have had better experience from other salons in Richmond and for lower price.
