Can we not give review after every single session. What's the purpose of this? If I'm unhappy with my experience, I will feedback to the receptionist straight away. The rating doesn't give me a good experience as it really a hassel and I find it annoying. The girls did wonderful job and service is consistently GOOD.

Second time visiting and doing touchup lashes. I love the lashes done and its very lasting! Have booked for cny slot for eyelashes again and also trying out facial svc as well ;)

I goes to Verra for facial and eyelash extension. I must say she does the best eyelash extension. She is always thoughtful and recommends what treatment is needed for my skin. So happy I found a gem. Thanks Verra!

While the time spent during treatment is relaxing - of late, have been having difficulty in securing an appointment with a preferred therapist. My work schedule is rather tight and often finish late around 7.30pm - and weekend is usually where I prefer to stay home and kickback (away from the hustle & bustle) .. That said, moving forward will see how my work schedule clash with my treatments and decide from there.

Completely no hard selling and you can come back anytime. Place really clean and the treatment really comfortable :)

First time having facial at Verra’s and it’s really awesome!

I did expect a good experience based on the reviews but the service was exceptional. Rim, walked through in detail with me regarding my back acne scars and than Kate did an amazing work with the actual service. These scars are old so definitely I wasn’t able to see any results at the moment but will join their membership so see the promised results in the near months - all thanks to the first time service from them!

Glad to say that there was no hard selling and also the consultant was professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely come back if I see results.
