Today I done my Emshape and Fat freeze together. It was really wonderful and I really liked it. Even though results takes time but I am very sure it works! I'll be coming back for sure. My therapist Su Jun is professional and nice. I forgot the first therapist whom was putting on the Emshape device on me. She is great too as I realise it doesn't hurt at all 😃

My teenage daughter went for her first facial here and being not comfortable at all having her face being touched, she actually enjoyed the entire session and found it extremely relaxing. Thanks to Sharifah, she is now open to go for facials, but only here. :) Her dry skin due to dry cold weather overseas, improved immediately after this facial.

Came back for my emshape, every month 2 to 3 times without fail ! Love the ambience and even though different therapist (think her name is Rin or Win) still a great experience overall bcos they are NOT pushy at all! I don't need to worry whether they will ask me to do whichever treatment, or pay extra at all. Fixed and affordable rate every month 😃😃 coming back again next week for my favourite Emshape 😍

The team is very friendly and make the customer at home vibe! Even though I'm staying at east side. But really don't mind to go back to them! Their slimming treatment is effective on me. My arms lose 1 cm after 2 sessions of fat freeze.

Can we not give review after every single session. What's the purpose of this? If I'm unhappy with my experience, I will feedback to the receptionist straight away. The rating doesn't give me a good experience as it really a hassel and I find it annoying. The girls did wonderful job and service is consistently GOOD.

I always see immediate visible improvement that lasts longer than expected whenever I come for a facial here. Sharifah also keeps notes on all her customers so that she can monitor and advise on our skin condition whenever we come next. No hard-selling and always so pleasant. I always look forward to my next session with The Organic Room. :) I highly recommend this place especially if you don't like painful extractions.

Sharifah, who is the owner of this small business, was super attentive and gentle with the treatment. She made sure the entire session was comfortable for me and we had the most lovely conversation as well. Comfortable and relaxing setting. Beautician Shirley advised on what she will be doing after seeing my skin. She was gentle while doing the extraction and did a great job. Enjoyed the facial treatment and will be back next time again.

Super comfortable experience with May during my facial and fat freeze session. She’s my go to therapist and by far favourite therapist from all the different salons that Ive been to. She always makes sure that i am comfortable. As i was having period cramps, she made hot tea to help to sooth my stomach too. Definitely coming back to her next time 😊
