Oh my goodness, I’ve had two absolutely magical visits to Ilapothecary! Everything is thoughtfully designed and filled with a sense of calm. I’ve tried various treatments due to chronic pain, but none have come close to the incredible feeling I get there. Alexandra is incredibly skilled, does everything with such care, and has a really calming presence. It’s a special experience, and I can’t wait to go back soon! Thank you :)

I had such a lovely experience with my skincare treatment! The atmosphere was calm and relaxing from the moment I arrived, and the therapist Suzelly was so professional and caring. She took time to understand my skin concerns and explained every step of the process. My skin felt incredibly soft, fresh, and glowing afterwards — I could really see the difference! Had the best facial with Char at her Beauty Lab. She’s so welcoming and makes you feel comfortable right away. She explained everything, checked in the whole time, and my skin felt amazing when I left — super glowy and refreshed. The space is really clean and relaxing, and you can tell she genuinely cares about what she does. Already looking forward to my next appointment. I’m from Romania and I came to London just to visit my sister. I honestly didn’t have much expectation because I always do my treatments back home and I’m very used to how things are done there. But this salon really surprised me. The care, the details, the way they work, everything felt very professional and nice. I didn’t expect to like it this much. When I left I was thinking that I wish we had a place like this in Romania. If I lived here I would 100% come back. I really recommend it.
