Oh my goodness, I’ve had two absolutely magical visits to Ilapothecary! Everything is thoughtfully designed and filled with a sense of calm. I’ve tried various treatments due to chronic pain, but none have come close to the incredible feeling I get there. Alexandra is incredibly skilled, does everything with such care, and has a really calming presence. It’s a special experience, and I can’t wait to go back soon! Thank you :)

I had such a lovely experience with my skincare treatment! The atmosphere was calm and relaxing from the moment I arrived, and the therapist Suzelly was so professional and caring. She took time to understand my skin concerns and explained every step of the process. My skin felt incredibly soft, fresh, and glowing afterwards — I could really see the difference! I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this treatment to anyone who wants healthy, radiant skin. 💆‍♀️✨

I'm sure if you went to any other hair salon in Mayfair, you would receive great service. Avanzanto's Grooming Lounge? They go above and beyond of what you would expect. Stefan, Elena, and Luca are nothing short of exceptional. Each time i visit, i feel closer and closer with the team. Homely and welcoming. More than a year and a half of attending this lounge, the service remains prestigious and top of the chain.

I had the most wonderful facial this morning with Carolina, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. From the moment I arrived, she created such a calm, welcoming atmosphere. Her professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. The facial itself was incredibly relaxing, but also felt effective. Carolina clearly knows her stuff. My skin feels refreshed and now glows like the moon :-)

Tatyana is a highly professional and incredibly thorough from start to finish. She truly knows exactly what your skin needs. I went for a facial, and she tailored the entire treatment perfectly. Had the best facial with Char at her Beauty Lab. She’s so welcoming and makes you feel comfortable right away. She explained everything, checked in the whole time, and my skin felt amazing when I left — super glowy and refreshed. The space is really clean and relaxing, and you can tell she genuinely cares about what she does. Already looking forward to my next appointment. Highly recommend Char if you’re thinking about booking!

My deep massage by Lubi was one of the best massages I've had. I chose Lubi because she also does Reiki and I wasn't disappointed as the heat coming from her hands was amazing! And Lubi definitely knew her stuff and where to apply the right amount of pressure and where to go gentle. I will definitely come back to Remix to see Lubi for a massage.
