Elisa is simply amazing! So knowledgeable, professional and thorough. The salon space is very clean, relaxing and Elisa has a lovely energy. I had a dermaplaning facial with extractions (so gentle) and LED light therapy. I left with glowing skin and had a much better idea of how to correctly look after my skin after Elisa’s skin analysis and education on correct aftercare. Elisa went above and beyond and sent me a detailed skincare plan, I will definitely be back to do a course of peels! I also bought the sunscreen which is amazing, not greasy and super light weight. 10/10

I had a lovely pregnancy facial with Flavia who managed to make me feel relaxed although I arrived late and very sweaty due to missing a train! My skin looks great and would love to come back for the new mum facial.

I really love this place. I think I’ve become a bit of an addict. Amy and Donna are incredibly welcoming, professional and experienced. I’ve been coming every month since my first appointment. I have quite problematic skin and I first went for a hydra facial which brightened my skin really well. I’ve since been back for a fire and ice facial with the massage which was magical and I will defo be getting again and I have also had PRP. I also come to the clinic for eyebrows, lashes and b12 injection. I really recommend this place. As I said, it’s a bit addictive but incredibly worth it!!

I had a back facial with Laura and it was fantastic. I have a few black spots on my back that are impossible to reach so I came to re:lax to start getting my back summer ready. Laura was lovely, she made me feel comfortable and gave me an amazing back, head and neck massage. The atmosphere of the salon is soothing and peaceful and it is located in a very cool spot in Hackney. I would definitively go back also for other treatments and I would recommend everyone to go too! Thank you!

My facial with Esme was just amazing, my skin feels so smooth and plumped. I had the bespoke facial and I cannot recommend it enough, it's the perfect treatment to boost your skin and relax at the same time with the head and foot massage. Esme has a very calming presence and her massage was one of the best I had since long time! I will be back soon :)

I recently had a facial with April, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. April is truly amazing at what she does. The products she used were just right—never too overpowering, and my skin feels absolutely incredible. I opted for the bespoke facial, and it exceeded my expectations. April's attention to detail and personalised approach made the entire experience exceptional. I left feeling refreshed and with noticeably improved skin. Wonderful facial, the best I’ve ever had! Not a thoughtful receptionist experience though. Not acknowledged upon arrival even though the call was internal, this lasted about ten minutes. I was then offered water and asked if it was my first time and the interaction ended there, no information etc. after I finished the receptionist wasn’t there, and another customer waiting looked very confused. She arrived back 5 mins later, mistook me for a new customer (though only one of two during that hour and a half). Payment was taken very transactionally, coldly. Not at all what clients should expect

Esme was incredible super gentle. Not only did she provide an amazing facial service but she helped give lifestyle recommendations as opposed to shoving loads of products for me to by in my face. Wiktoria has such natural talent and flair for facials! I felt so relaxed and pampered, she explained all the products and paid complete attention to what I told her about my history of skin inflammation and how I've come to understand this is linked to emotional stuff as much as outside factors. Elisa is amazing! She was so patient with my questions (it was my first time having a facial) and she took time to explain all the potential treatments and answer every question fully. She has created a safe and welcoming space where you can relax while she works her magic. My skin already looks refreshed and glowing after just one LED session and extraction, I will definitely be coming back for follow-up sessions.
