What an absolutley amazing massage and Karen was just the kindest sweetest lady who went above and beyond to surprise my hubby with birthday banners and a cake etc. The massage was awesome and probably the most relaxing massage ive ever had. 100% recommend and will be back.

One of the best massages I've ever had, using Thai, Japanese & deep tissue massage all combined. Really got into stress knots that i have been carrying. I'll definitely be back again. Waa able to use the facilities for a small additional fee & had a great day at the Spa.

Karen was absolutely fantastic, wish I could rate higher than 5 stars. I didn’t see the 80 mins go in as the conversation flowed as easily as the oils for the back massage! Would recommend 100%

From booking through to the treatment today Karen was so kind and helpful. I had a pregnancy massage and facial, the products used are all natural (they smelt amazing) and I came out of the treatment relaxed and glowing. Karen is lovely, so easy to talk to, excellent at what she does and I honestly couldn’t recommend her highly enough. Will definitely be back again

Karen was excellent. She was so welcoming, explained everything really well and provided a superb massage and facial. Thank you. Not sure whether this is Manor Country House IT department or Fresha IT department but there is a typo on the online booking portal stating “ Sancruary” instead of Sanctuary. Only a minor detail but might be worth addressing and should be easily amended. The relaxation room is so comfy and you could spend a lovely long time relaxing in there after a treatment with water and a blanket at the ready. Really had a wonderful time and definitely hope to be back again soon.

Highly recommend .Mayo, I had the most amazing treatment ever. Such an incredible therapist and certainly knows what she is doing. She went above and beyond to look after my friend and I. We will be back. I would recommend booking early and getting full body massage and facial. I feel rejuvenated. Thank you so much Mayo for looking after us .
