Kay is brilliant. I needed to change my nose piercing earlier than is ideal which meant it was trickier to get back in. She kept going until it was successfully in- she’s fab & I now wouldn’t go anywhere else!

It was great! Kay made me feel really comfortable as it was my first experience. She talked through every step before doing it, and also was patient with me to make sure I wasn’t in too much pain.
