​Davinder is genuinely the best Hollywood waxer ever! I felt no pain at all, which is a total game-changer. I got both my legs and Hollywood done, and she made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. As a plus-size woman, I was a bit nervous, but Davinder was so incredibly friendly, welcoming, and non-judgmental. She is a true professional and an absolute lovely person. I won't go to anyone else.

Great haircut. I was visiting Coventry from Cambridge and booked in a couple of days ago as I'd been to my local hairdressers and had a really bad cut earlier in the week. Hair Lab and House of Beauty was excellent. Thank you (my confirmation said it was with Jenny). Very happy customer. Will have to wait until my next trip to Coventry for my next haircut now!!

Been coming to this salon for over a year now, even I moved to the next town and I still come to Coventry for my beauty treatments because Shaf is so lovely, empathetic and kind hearted person. Definitely feel as though I’m in good hands, treated with respect and we always have a lovely chat together. I know she’s opening a new salon soon and I can’t wait to see how it is. ❤️

Always an amazing experience coming to Haven! Really quick with the waxing so it's over before you know it and had an absolutely perfect pedicure. Highly recommend!

She has made my hair look lovely, Took lots of time and made the extra effort, I live in Devon But when I need a blow dry in Coventry , she is the lady if you have challenging hair .

Huge thank you to Kara for doing my hair for an awards night! 💖 I turned up feeling really stressed and anxious, but Kara was so lovely and patient, and the whole salon was just gorgeous. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming that I actually managed to relax and enjoy it instead of worrying! Absolutely loved my hair and left feeling a million times better than when I arrived.
