I had a wonderful first treatment today with Winnie; very welcoming and friendly, showing me to the treatment room. The room itself was very clean and beautifully decorated. We spent a few minutes talking about essential oil preferences, where I’d like to focus the treatment. The treatment itself was amazing; Winnie was one of the best therapist I’ve ever had. I’d highly recommend visiting her. Her prices are very reasonable. I booked via the Fresha app quite last minute (on the evening before for a morning appointment the next day) and it was a super smooth experience.

Incredible experience, more than just a massage! I went with a back issue and Rosie used various techniques to get into places I didn’t even realise I needed work on until she was there. Super friendly and knowledgeable as well, I’d definitely recommend.

I visited Ottoman Retreat Massage for the first time yesterday, it was such a fantastic experience! My therapist, Halil, was incredible. He knew exactly how to target the tight knots in my back, neck, and shoulders, applying the perfect amount of pressure. The entire experience was brilliant from start to finish. I walked out feeling completely refreshed and have already booked in with Halil again.
