It was my first time coming here and initially I was nervous for what I had booked but I was totally put at ease and I felt really comfortable. I was told what my next steps could be , given really efficient aftercare and felt like I was in safe hands and I was even was booked in for a follow up which I really appreciate. I had a PRP vampire facial with Shell. She took my blood for the PRP, cleansed my face, and then applied the serum using microneedling. She was very friendly and explained each step of the process clearly. When I was leaving, she invited me to pop one of the salon balloons for a chance to win a prize. I was lucky enough to win a free classic facial, which I’m very grateful for. I’m looking forward to coming back in January to receive it.

Absolutely fabulous! I had the 85 minute pregnancy massage at 39 weeks! Hands down best massage pregnancy or otherwise I've ever had! I've been suffering with some very painful pelvic girdle pain - this helped so so much!

I had the Ultimate Mood Ritual with Esther today and it was fantastic. Esther is incredibly professional, friendly and highly skilled. She immediately put me at ease and it was clear she really knows her craft. The treatment was so relaxing and I left feeling completely refreshed. The treatment room is beautiful, peaceful and luxurious, creating the perfect atmosphere to unwind. I can’t recommend Mood Spa and Esther highly enough and will definitely be back!
