I’ve been doing my hair colour, root touch-up, and Tokio hair treatment with Kiness for a while now, and every visit has been amazing. Kiness is professional, patient, and pays great attention to detail. My hair always looks so beautiful afterward — soft, smooth, and healthy — even though I do root touch-ups every month. Highly recommend!

I had a real pleasure getting a haircut from Evan. He is very attentive and detailed. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and made sure check in with me along the way. He's a true master in his craft and I highly recommend him!

I've never had a perm before but I trusted Jenny with the process. She did a phenomenal job - she trimmed all the damaged ends of my hair, triple checked to make sure which kind of perm I wanted, washed my hair and did the whole job so seamlessly. I loved the look - will definitely come back for touch ups.

Excellent customer service I am here on a stop over and googled a spot to get a wash and blow dry, I have thick pacific hair and Evan done a really great job highly recommend Affordable as well

Yumi was super! The staff were great too! The lady at the front desk welcomed me! Yumi was patient with me, and helped me find the right haircut that is suitable to my face shape, hair texture and my preferences. The hair wash alone was great! My haircut was fun, suitable to my daily wear and stylish. Yumi was cheerful, worked hard, is warm in personality and sincere. Wonderful people working here!

We had such a wonderful experience at this salon! They did an amazing job on all of us—myself and my two kids. We all have very thick hair, which can be tricky, but the hairstylists were so skilled, gentle, and patient, especially with the kids. My own hair is very thick and I’ve rarely walked away fully satisfied with a haircut, but today was truly exceptional. We are so happy with the results and will definitely be coming back!
