Misato was absolutely amazing! She was so gentle, thorough, and attentive, taking her time to make sure my hair turned out perfectly. I’ve been getting Japanese hair straightening for over 10 years, and I’ve never experienced this level of care and gentleness before. She paid attention to every detail, and I really appreciated how carefully she treated my hair throughout the entire process. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Hiro was amazing and has great aesthetics, got what style I wanted immediately with a few words and was super patient with all the process and always checked with me to make sure that I was ok. One of my most satisfied hair cut and color experiences.
