I’ve been doing my hair colour, root touch-up, and Tokio hair treatment with Kiness for a while now, and every visit has been amazing. Kiness is professional, patient, and pays great attention to detail. My hair always looks so beautiful afterward — soft, smooth, and healthy — even though I do root touch-ups every month. Highly recommend!

Shizuka is the best. She always listens carefully at what I want and give me the best haircut based on my personal preference and style. The studio space is very clean and comfortable. There's ample of parking, which makes it easy to access.

I've never had a perm before but I trusted Jenny with the process. She did a phenomenal job - she trimmed all the damaged ends of my hair, triple checked to make sure which kind of perm I wanted, washed my hair and did the whole job so seamlessly. I loved the look - will definitely come back for touch ups.

I’ve been a loyal client of Ray’s for years. One of the things I appreciate most is how versatile he is. As my lifestyle has changed over the years, Ray has always created hairstyles that suit me perfectly while being practical and flattering. He’s exceptionally skilled in cutting, colouring, and perms. I’ve had all of these services with him multiple times, and every visit he delivers with high standards . Just as importantly, it’s incredibly easy to style and maintain at home.
