took the Cardio Fusion class at The Kind Body Company in Sturgeon Bay and left feeling completely balanced and energized. It was the perfect mix of heart-pumping cardio and mindful movement—I definitely got my heart rate up! The instructor was fantastic, bringing such a positive and motivating vibe to the whole class. The space and atmosphere were welcoming and uplifting. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great workout and an even better mood boost!

Tower class was a 10/10 - making progress with my full teaser. I can definitely feel my stomach muscles will be sore in the morning. Too many laughs paired with a tough workout and a fabulous playlist!

If you’re not taking Stretch & Strengthen at Kind Body Company, you’re missing out 😂 I’ve been going since they opened last August and usually stack it after Flow on Saturday mornings because being warmed up = chef’s kiss for the deep assisted stretches. It’s the perfect combo of mobility, balance, flexibility, and strength with heavier springs. Don’t compare yourself to your neighbor… they may have been suffering lovingly for 6 months longer than you 😉 Lots of laughs, lots of shaking, LOTS of benefits.

The Tower class at Kind Body Company is my absolute favorite. It’s the perfect mix of strength, stretch, and control and I feel it in the best way every single time. The instructors are incredible at guiding you through the movements while keeping it approachable but still challenging. I always leave feeling stronger, longer, and more centered. It’s one of those classes you actually look forward to showing up for.

I recently took the Intro to Pilates class at The Kind Body Co. in Sturgeon Bay, and I’m so glad I did! The studio itself is absolutely beautiful—calm, inviting, and thoughtfully designed to help you instantly relax. The aesthetics are peaceful and elevated, and the equipment is next-level bougie (hello, Cadillac reformers!). Tiffany is truly incredible. Her expertise and knowledge of Pilates shine through in every cue and correction. She made the class approachable while still giving it that professional, purposeful feel that lets you know you’re in good hands.
