I have had another treatment from the lovely and informative Christina today. This time I decided to have a lymphatic cleanse prior to the inner cleanse. I cannot emphasise enough how life changing this treatment has been for my overall health. Not just physical, but also mental and emotional. Cryotherapy has been literally life saving for me. I recently had a pap smear ( 4 mths ago) & my results came back as abnormal as there were cancer cells found. I couldn’t get into my gynaecologist specialist for a few months but I continued with my weekly Cryo & red light sessions. Finally my appointment came & my results showed no cancer at all. She asked me what have you been doing? Exercise, clean eating & regular cryotherapy sessions… Obviously I’m over the moon with my results & will continue my weekly Cryo sessions to keep as healthy as I possibly can 🙏🙌💕

Attended my first Cryo and infrared therapy sessions yesterday. Young male staff member was very welcoming and efficient. Enjoyed the experience. Have signed up for the $50 per week two session membership.
