Absolutely amazing at lashing! Rena is so helpful and helps you to choose the best suited lash look for you! She allows you to have freedom over your own lashes and if you tell her you want a specific length or style.. Rena will do exactly that!. Not only is Rena great at lashes but she also makes you feel so welcome. She’s so lovely and kind and puts you at ease. - A bonus is that Rena also has a blanket for her clients so you really feel looked after and relaxed as well as the white noise music in the back ground which is so relaxing. I can’t believe I didn’t find Rena sooner! 10000/10!

Carla is fantastic! After going somewhere else previously and being given eyebrows and lashes I wasn’t pleased with Carla has got them spot on. I’m really happy with the end result and all the advice and knowledge Carla has given me in terms of aftercare and maintenance has been really helpful. I will 100% be sticking with Carla for the foreseeable :)

I travelled back and fourth from Bristol for this course and genuinely felt excited for the 2 hours drive every morning so I could get into the course. I had a great time with Sarah. I walked out of the place with full confidence as the courses were quite hands on and the life time support makes me feel so good about starting this new chapter of SPMU. The course felt so relaxed and chill with the laughs we all had and the 3 days went by so quickly. Will definitely keep coming back!

What can I say, "absolutely amazing & a real pleasure from start to finish" Honestly recommended Malissa a thousand times over. Professional every second never felt anything at all have had lashes top & bottom, brow wax & tint. Been having treatments all over for last 30years, can honesty say know that I will be seeing Malissa at Shapers for the foreseeable future. Hand on heart a very talented special young lady indeed. I had an amazing experience at 1111. I had a buccal massage, a facial, and an Indian head massage, and every treatment was excellent. I left feeling incredibly relaxed and refreshed. The highlight for me was definitely the buccal massage. I could already notice that my face felt more lifted and sculpted immediately after the treatment. The whole experience was professional, calming, and exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend 1111 to anyone looking for high-quality treatments and a truly relaxing experience.
