I was very nervous going to a new salon after some bad experiences. After visiting Lauren, I am not. She is incredible. She went through everything with me from start to finish with amazing aftercare. I now go to her for all my treatments and I would never go anywhere else. As something as small as a brow wax she mapped my brows, showed me what they would look like and asked if there was anything I wanted differently before waxing. Perfect from start to finish. She is truly incredible and so talented at her job. 1000/10. Thank you Lauren!

What a beautiful soul Claire is! Had a bride/bridesmaid make-up trial today and Claire made it a really enjoyable experience. She is so friendly and very knowledgeable. And of course, the makeup looks great! I’m not someone who wears a lot of makeup but mine today looks very natural and enhances my own features naturally. Forty years old and just discovered false eyelashes. Claire may have started something…! Thank you so much Claire - looking forward to seeing you on my big day! Emma xxx

Claire is a fabulous makeup artist, she made me look fantastic and the makeup lasted all day, even when the speeches were happening and I teared up. The lashes and makeup felt lovely and not heavy, Claire made sure I looked great. Liz is the hairstylist, she done my hair and my bridesmaids we all looked fabulous, I could tell Claire and Liz work together loads they vibe well and know what each other are thinking, brilliant team, I would highly recommend them both.

Claire is a lovely person, who welcomed me on my arrival. We talked about the look I was trying to achieve and the end result was great. She takes a lot of care, and is obviously passionate about her work. I was very pleased with my make-up and glad that Claire was able to make me look and feel good!

Claire was so lovely! We had an amazing make up trial ahead of my wedding and we both feel glamorous! 10/10 would recommend to anyone :)
