NO GUESTS PLEASE. Come to your appointment alone unless you're going to be a chaperone for an under 18's treatment. We do not allow kids in the salon, it's your time to relax. If your babysitter has let you down, we do still implement our policy. If you need to amend, reschedule or cancel your appointment, this must be done at least 24 hours prior to its booked time. Failure to give us notice will incur a charge of 50% or the original booking. I.E. if you book a leg wax and a pedicure but arrive only needing the pedicure, you will still be charged for the leg wax as we have allowed time.
