Macy did an excellent job with my pedicure today. Becca took very good care of me yesterday on my birthday. I love this place. Thank you guys for doing what you do. Kalamazoo needed this place. Very relaxing. 10/10 - would and WILL RECOMMEND to everyone I know! :)

It was amazing! My husband and I came to Kalamazoo for a wedding and this place was absolutely stunning. They were creative and worked so well as a team making sure all their clients were happy!

My experience was very well with Tom, he kept it real with me about my nail health and gave me tips on what I should do to better my nail health. He’s definitely very good took his time on my nails and didn’t rush the appointment at all. 10/10 definitely recommend!!!

I’ve been seeing Kelsey for a few years, and she’s amazing! She keeps my natural nails long, healthy, and strong while creating beautiful, detailed nail art every visit. She always takes her time, pays attention to every little detail, and brings my ideas to life. This glow-in-the-dark patriotic set even has tiny blue glitter skulls hidden in the design! I constantly get compliments on my nails. If you’re looking for a talented, creative, and caring nail tech, I highly recommend Kelsey!

Love all the ladies at Catherine’s nails! Bree is amazing and puts so much love and effort into every set she does! You can always tell when someone is just working versus when they genuinely love their job and Bree is just one of those people you come in and feel like you are chatting with a friend. The best part is knowing when I come in, no matter what nail stylist I get, they are going to put the effort in to make you feel comfortable and valued

I don’t get my nails done on a regular basis because I’ve had almost all negative experiences. Kati was gentle and was so easy to talk to. Kaiti knocked my expectations out of the park!! The actual business atmosphere was calm, clean and friendly. The best part was that I could breathe fresh air the whole time. It wasn’t like an average nail salon where the smell is strong and pungent. Everything about my experience was 10/10.

I had a great time. My nail tech was nice everything was good till it came to the design of my nails at first I liked them then as I kept looking I started to hate. Them. Would come back just with a different nail tech. (Edit) came back, Marrah fixed them for me and im in love! Thank you so much!

Addison was wonderful. I had my brows mapped because they hadn’t been waxed in quite a while. She did a fantastic job and was very communicative. She also had a game plan for my brows going forward. The service was excellent. Minimal redness. I’m excited to have a reliable waxer in Kalamazoo. I already have my next appointment booked and will look forward to seeing Addison for a facial sometime soon as well!

Definitely will be recommending to my people! We felt so relaxed after that we forgot our freshly dried swimsuits! Did a couples head spa with my fiancé and we felt like royalty. The inner haven experience is so relaxing, they brought us water, chilled towels for our faces/necks, and kept us updated as to when our service providers were ready for us. The service itself was so relaxing and included a shoulder & arm massage which I loved. Everyone was welcoming and professional. Also the environment was very luxe and relaxing; the perfect addition to Kalamazoo!
