Macy did an excellent job with my pedicure today. Becca took very good care of me yesterday on my birthday. I love this place. Thank you guys for doing what you do. Kalamazoo needed this place. Very relaxing. 10/10 - would and WILL RECOMMEND to everyone I know! :)

It was amazing! My husband and I came to Kalamazoo for a wedding and this place was absolutely stunning. They were creative and worked so well as a team making sure all their clients were happy!

I had the best experience with Alissa and everyone from her staff. From the start she was very informative and walked me thru the whole process. She mapped out my brow placement and made sure they were perfect and I was happy with the shape before starting. She continued to measure during the process and had a very high attention to details that I appreciated. She took her time and in the end my brows look amazing!! I would hands down recommend House of Ember to anyone and everyone. If you’ve been on the fence about getting your brows done, DO IT. You won’t regret it.

Alissa is truly an artist!! I had a brow lamination, tint and shape service, and had areas in my brows that don’t grow hair. She filled in those areas so well and very natural looking. My brows look AMAZING!!!

Alissa was so wonderful! I’m so happy with how my PMU brows turned out! She is so kind to chat with, knowledgeable, and detailed in her work. I cannot recommend her enough! I have found my brow home and cannot wait to have some spa services too!

It’s always a great day when I get to see Bree. She is truly a master at her craft- because consistent pedicures with JUST her has made it so my toe nails are finally growing with a better shape, and they just look HEALTHY! It’s nice being able to blab and it’s genuine convo- not small talk. I appreciate my visits with her and it’s truly worth the $$ and worth while! Thank you, Bree!! ❤️

Great experience! I had a facial done for the first time and also had my eyebrows waxed by Macy. My face has never felt so taken care of, and my eyebrows have never looked so good. I even had to get on a plane right after, and after four hours of flying my skin still felt amazing. Macy is extremely knowledgeable and clearly passionate about what she does. I’m excited to see her again and add The only small bit of feedback I’d share overall is that robe sizing could be more inclusive for plus size folks, as mine didn’t fit. Overall, I highly recommend!

I’ve been going to Kelsey at Catherine Nails for a full year now, and she is absolutely amazing. Every set she does is clean, long-lasting, and beautifully detailed. She actually listens to what I want, helps shape my ideas, and always adds artistic touches that make the design even better. The salon is always spotless and comfortable, and I never feel rushed. Kelsey remembers my shape, my style, and the small details that matter. Addi is LITERALLY so cute and sweet and did an amazing job on my brows and upper lip! Very attentive to detail, listened to what I wanted and EXECUTED :) I always opt for threading, but I wanted to try something different and she surpassed my expectations!

I was part of the generation of teens that plucked their eyebrows so thin that I eventually was left with very little and patchy brow hair! What an incredible experience getting PMU brows! Alissa is so talented and explained every part of the process with me ensuring I was happy with the overall look of my brows! They already look so great but excited to see how they heal over the next 6 weeks! Game changer!
