Always a great experience visiting Ellie, very relaxed and friendly environment and my hair is perfection - two sets of tape extensions and full head of highlights with olaplex, Ellie really listens to how you want your hair, gives great advice and is very experienced. I genuinely cannot stop thinking “why didn’t I do this sooner?” Leah made me feel completely at ease from the start, explaining everything so clearly. I honestly cannot emphasise enough how pain-free it was. I was so nervous going in, but now I can’t stop talking about how amazing it was! I’m still gobsmacked at how easy the whole experience felt. Safe to say my waxing journey has begun, thank you, Leah, for holding my hand through it and converting me!
