This was my first appointment but I will be back when the time comes. Although the high-tech booking confirmation system doesn't work for those with no so-called smartphone, at least it's still possible to ring up or drop in and confirm that you will be attending!

Inga was very thorough and gave attention to detail especially when doing my extensions. I would have liked to have been asked about what shape I wanted my eyebrows and what colour dye i wanted on them. I was pretty pleased with the outcome but prefer more shape than the youngsters of today!

Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish. The team were friendly, professional and made me feel welcome as soon as I walked through the door. The attention to detail was spot on, and I left feeling fresh, confident and really happy with the result.
