Cut and colour by Ellie always top quality. However I need to mention this time, the lack of cleanliness on the female side of the salon. Nothing to do with Ellie. I did mention to her. Noticeable hairs, lots of them on the chairs, wrapped round the feet of the chairs, on the mirrors, footplates and skirting under the mirrors. Was really unpleasant to see. I've read that Lancaster City Council intend to inspect barbers and hairdressers. They put a post on Facebook to say this and said all chairs etc should be cleaned hygienically after each customer. The whole place is a bit shabby 😒

Claire is a hair wizard but also the best hairdresser ever, she will guide you through what will look the best for your hair and has alot of knowledge and creativity. She's so friendly and welcoming to old clients and new and is an all round superstar 🙂

Iv had my hair done by Grace 4 times now. Each time she has done an amazing job. Best stylist iv ever had. Shes always very welcoming and just an absolute pleasure to chat with. She takes pride in her work and this shows. She asks, listens and advises which I appreciate. Shes an all round lovely person who is very good at what she does. Thank you for always making me feel great when I leave Grace 😊

Thalia at Prestige was so informative and helpful! I was given lots of advice and shown how to style my hair at home and what products I should use. I was nervous about trying somewhere new but I'm really glad I did and I will definitely be returning!

Courtney was brilliant and knew exactly what I was after when I said I wanted bangs. She gave great advice on styling them and offering her opinion on what length would work too. I will definitely be taking my daughter to visit her for her next haircut.
