Lauren was expert at working on the areas that were giving me the most problems. She was also able to provide self help assistance to continue after the treatment. I am booked in again and am looking forward to trying out some of the other options available from the clinic. Lauren has excellent communication skills and was extremely knowledgeable about my concerns as well as being able to provide solutions to help. 10/10

I had a fantastic facial experience—my skin feels incredibly refreshed, smooth, and glowing. My first visit to the Medi and Beauty Spa and I will be back. Definitely the best pedicure experience in Knutsford. Lauren did a wonderful job and the space itself is really lovely and comfortable (especially the air con in this heatwave!)

I reallly enjoyed my pamper package at the knutsford medi and beauty spa with Chloe. Chloe was attentive to my needs and applied just the right pressure for my back massage which she checked with me to see if it was ok. Lovely relaxing facial too. Thank you.

Absolutely Devine Elemis facial with Lauren today. So relaxing and included a scalp massage and shoulders and arms. Thorough explanation of areas of tension and a run through of the products used with an invite also for any questions. Will definitely be back again. Thanks Lauren.
