I havent been in Darwen long and was in desperate need of a cut. I arrived via an online booking for a cut and blow. I had shoulder length hair and wanted a short pixie style cut. The hairdresser that I was booked in with was every so professional and did the cut almost exactly as I'd imagined. I say almost, because it's actually better than I imagined!! She did an amazing job. I think I've found my new local hairdresser. Planning to have a colour with her also. Lovely venue. Friendly honest staff!!

Thank you, Steph! This was my first time having BIAB nails and I absolutely love them. I’m also so glad you could fit me in for a brow and lash tint too. I’d always thought treatments like this were just for special occasions, but today has made me realise they’re worth maintaining — not just for the look, but as a reminder that I’m worth it. Booked in for a facial and pedicure as a birthday treat - my first visit to the Brookside. I was greeted warmly and shown to a seat. I was then led into a lovely quiet room where I enjoyed an indulgent facial treatment carried out by Lydia. I think I lost count of the various lotions and potions lavishly slathered onto my face, what a treat! I could've happily fallen asleep but it was time for my pedicure with Beth. My feet were pampered, preened and buffed while I sat in comfort. My nails were polished and painted and I left feeling great! Lovely place, lovely professional staff, 5 stars!
