Rakhi was lovely and was very assuring. It was my first time and she I felt very comfortable receiving this treatment with her! Her wealth of experience is shown through her work and customer service/care. Would definitely recommend

Monica excellent and makes the experience good. BUT decor is very poor. Looks unfinished everywhere yucky brown walls. Doorway uninviting. Staff are pleasant and friendly just the building lets it down. Could do with painting the walls in a nice bright colour. Would make the effort to keep going worthwhile. Going to a salon should be a pamper experience unfortunately that’s not what the building makes you feel.

I booked for waxing and eyebrow tint/thread for the first time with sue and was delighted with Sue’s attention to deal and manner! She’s a fantastic therapist and I would highly recommend her. I’ve now found my new lady for treatments in Coventry 🥰

I had a wash and blow dry. While Lisa washed my hair, I had a lovely chair back massage. My hair looked stunning, even my husband commented how beautiful it looked. Thank you Lisa.

Sue is fantastic. I always see her for my waxing and makes you feel comfortable whilst doing a great job at a very reasonable price. Currently heavily pregnant and she has still done an amazing job whilst ensuring I was comfortable throughout. Best person to visit for a wax in Coventry! Highly recommend!

Nails by Laura were perfect as always. Just a shame the salon refit is taking forever and yet still looks uncared for. Finish is awful and looks shoddy, paint peeling off the new desk, towels hanging from the windows due to not having blinds…I’d be asking the refitters for a refund. Not a pleasant environment for beauty pampering.

5 stars for the service provided by the girls. Laura gave superb service as always and I wouldn't take a star away from her for the state of the salon. If my rating was on the salon I'd give it 2 stars. The"refit" is terrible. The walls look like bare unfinished plaster. The paint work is shoddy. Skirting, plugs, light fittings look filthy & covered in paint. The pedicure platform is a trip hazard and I do not want to sit with my feet out in the middle of the room for all to see. The manicure tables are too narrow and too close to other clients. Reception already has flaking paint. Very poor

Sanna did an amazing job on my nails. They were quite damaged, but she was incredibly patient and took great care throughout the process. I’m so pleased with the results, they look beautiful, and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend Sanna for her professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent service!
