She was incredibly professional, gentle, and took the time to explain the entire process, which immediately put me at ease. I have been to Giselle twice now for treatments and its just like meeting up with an old friend. She made me feel relaxed straight away and talked me through everything she was doing. Barbie is always punctual and very professional. She is a very good educator on the products she uses. She takes her time to ensure she provides quality of service She shares her knowledge willing. I will definitely recommend her and if I get a chance will use her to come and talk to my Dementia Carers group about how to look after themselves without excessive cosy. Thank you

I can’t recommend Barbara Preil-Kovács Nail Artist & Educator highly enough! Barbie is amazing at what she does. She just gets exactly what I like every time without me needing to over-explain, and always delivers flawless results. Her attention to detail and creativity are outstanding, and my nails always last and get so many compliments. She’s also warm, professional, and makes every appointment a lovely experience.
