First time at Inspire, really impressed. Lovely customer service and Sofia really took her time and listened to what I asked for. Much better than the conveyor belt of other Mapperley beauticians. Really recommend inspire 💜

I love the professionalism of these three ladies. The salon itself is always clean, tidy, and welcoming, and they run appointments exactly on time with no unnecessary waiting. Such a lovely woman, made me feel welcome & fit me in despite it was after hours. I loved the massage, and I’m keeping at 5 stars to support. But I have to be honest, the massage was rushed I was hoping for minimum 1hour & we also agreed to add on scalp, so was supposed to be 1hr 10 mins. It finished at 50 minute mark. The foot massage wasn’t the best, and certain points were rushed. Not much slowing down, and my scalp massage was too too rough & fast. I know some people like that but would be good to be asked. She was amazing at the neck and focused on pressure points. Overall enjoyed it.

My partner had a hot stone full body massage today with Clare and has had nothing but praise about it. He has had a few massages, hot stone one and normal and he said it was up there as one of the best. He didn't want it to end. Clare was lovely and if we are in Nottingham again at some point we will be booking another.

At the risk of sounding like a stalker, I followed the Marie & Claire from Mapperley to West Bridgford and back again simply because they are the best at what they do. They genuinely want to make sure that you leave them looking and feeling great. Both of them do a superb job with my nails and so I really don’t mind which one of them looks after me each time I go. It is wonderful to see them expanding their business and totally loving what they do. I definitely recommend Marie & Claire at Inspire for all things beauty! I especially love Marie’s pedicures 😊

This is my first time at Serenity today & I had a full body Swedish massage. Sharon was very welcoming & it was a lovely experience in a relaxing environment, the massage felt amazing & I feel rejuvenated. Clean, felt Covid safe and a very welcoming friendly calm environment. Feel totally pampered by the lovely Claire for my gel nails and nail art they look gorgeous very happy. Followed by full head of highlights and further pampering by the lovely Helen. Hair looks and feels fab feels totally rejuvenated. To finish of the pampering with the lovely Marie eyebrow tint and wax. I would highly recommend a visit if u want pampering. These lovely ladies are a pleasure to be around. 🥰☺️

Had the most amazing couple mini spa session today with Sharon. Me and my partner arrived and we relaxed and had full body stone massage each. We both say we felt like we been off the world for awhile. Was so nice to have some head space. Thank you Sharon

I had a wonderful 1 hour massage with Kam at Zen today. She really listened to what I needed and focused on the areas I mentioned, my neck, back, and head. The massage was deeply relaxing. I genuinely left feeling 'Zen'. Kam is incredibly attentive and caring, and she offered plenty of helpful aftercare advice as well. I highly recommend her, and I’ll definitely be returning for another session soon!

My wife bought me a Facial Treatment and Indian Head Massage for my birthday, and I can say with confidence that Marilândia gave me the best facial and head massage I've ever had. She was exceptionally delicate, thoughtful and professional. I felt myself constantly drifting to sleep and had to keep waking myself up. She used so many different pieces of equipment and styles that each one felt completely unique and fresh. My face is glowing and my wife is thrilled with the results. We will absolutely come back to see Marilândia again, she's brilliant and an expert in her craft! Thank you!!!
